Summer Camp

Summer Camp

Our Mission is to honor each child’s integrity and worth, while providing a nurturing, safe and challenging environment for them to grow socially and spiritually.

Refreshed and challenged, campers will re-engage daily life with a deeper understanding of the interdependence and value of all creation, making changes to lighten their foot print on earth and to live in harmony with all. Our Forest Day Camp  for those ages 6 - 12 and overnight camps for those in grades 4-12 take place at Irons Homestead June - August.  Click for employment opportunities

What happens at Overnight Camp?

Each day will have games, crafts, swimming and other water activities, worship, delicious food, singing, campfire and stories.  There will be really active times and quiet rest times.  Everyone will pitch in to do daily chores like cleaning the lodge or gathering firewood.  We’ll go on hikes,  share our many talents, and celebrate God’s love for each one of us.  Camp is the place where you can be you.  Everyone fits in just the way they are.  When you come to camp, come prepared to laugh because we do a lot of that!

How long is an overnight camp week?

Full week camp goes from Sunday afternoon to Friday afternoon.  Mini-camp goes from Tuesday afternoon to Friday afternoon.

How much does overnight camp cost?

Full week $500.  Mini $300  Camperships are available.  Donations are always accepted for the Campership Fund.

Where do we sleep?

All campers sleep in bunk beds in our carpeted Lodge or in our brand new Safari tents.
